Terms and Conditions

  • Fresh Apparel is not able to accept exchanges or returns. 
  • All items are ready to ship unless noted. If your item(s) is back ordered, you will be notified via the email provided. Please allow up to 3 business days for handling. 
  • Please consult the sizing guides and charts before placing your order.

 

TURN AROUND TIME: 

Unless noted, all items are ready to ship. Please allow up to 3 business days handling time. Some seasonal items, such as sweatshirts may have a up to 14 day production time. All orders come with tracking and delivery confirmation. 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error with your order. 

CANCELATION POLICY:

You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order. 

SHIPPING:

Unless noted, all orders under one pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Packages over one pound are shipping via USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days but may take longer if there is a delay at a sorting facility. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days unless there is a delay at a sorting facility. Fresh Apparel is not responsible for any shipping delays.Shipping times are never guaranteed by Fresh Apparel, especially during the Holiday Season. 

Each package is shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered, Fresh Apparel is not responsible for any theft or mis-delivery. If you package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier. 

International customers are responsible for all customs charges. 

If your package was damaged during shipping please contact hello@freshappareltees.com with a photo and we will work on a replacement of file an insurance claim with USPS.

Please consult sizing charts and shipping guides prior to purchasing. Each brand fits differently which is why we provide these charts.
