A portion of EVERY SALE from the Homies line will be going back to helping women in need over at Sarah's Circle. Sarah’s Circle is a refuge for women in Chicago who are homeless or in need of a safe space. By providing life necessities, housing, case management, clinical and social services, we encourage women to empower themselves by rebuilding both emotionally and physically; realizing their unique potential.

Please allow up to 5 full business days for handling, although most ship within 2-3 days. All orders include tracking and shipping confirmation. If you purchase multiple items and any of them are a pre-order item, your whole order will ship together. If you have not received the email by end of business day 5 please check your junk folder.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end with your order.


Unless noted, all orders under one pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Packages over one pound are shipping via USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days but may take longer if there is a delay at a sorting facility. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days unless there is a delay at a sorting facility. Fresh Apparel is not responsible for any shipping delays.Shipping times are never guaranteed by Fresh Apparel, especially during the Holiday Season.

Each package is shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered, Fresh Apparel is not responsible for any theft or mis-delivery. If you package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier.

If your package was damaged during shipping please contact with a photo and we will work on a replacement of file an insurance claim with USPS.
